I first put myself on a diet when I was about 11 years old. After that and for over 10 years I have tried every “diet” out there.
Ever since gaining a bunch of weight in college and watching my pant size go from 12 to 14 to 16 to 18… I wished upon a star and dreamed of what it be like to be a size 10.
