One of the things I do to help myself not focus on food is that I be sure to fill my life with lots of other goodness!

I first put myself on a diet when I was about 11 years old. After that and for over 10 years I have tried every “diet” out there.
If you don’t have clear goals and a plan to reach them, you will stay in the same place you’re in right now.
