Alright so I realize it’s been a bit since I’ve blogged my process so far on my part 2 health journey with OPTAVIA.…. There have certainly been a bunch of ups and downs but I am pressing on!!
…we decided to make little cheeseburger sliders so that 1) we could control the portion size better, and 2) we could put them on our homemade low-carb bread and feel like we weren’t missing out on anything!
